I applied for the spousal sponsorship in June 2019. No update on file since its been moved to NDVO. Have applied for GCMS notes twice. Both have reference of this Special Program : XFM on it.

This delay is frustrating

If it was me I would have complained or at least contacted an MP. They are supposed to reply to any MP within a week. This is you right to know what's going on?
