Open work permit

I'm on a Open work permit and unrestricted. almost 4 months I'm working in Calgary. How can I take my spouse and baby to Canada?

Are you on a PGWP? If so you need to show at least 3 paystubs in a NOC A, B or 0. You show you have the funds for them to settle in Canada. Your wife applies for an open work permit and your baby applies for a visitor visa. They also need written authorization to travel.

I' m asking this for one of friend since he came there in work permit. He was working in Qatar before moving to Canada. As per him this is a open work permit.

He is working under NOC B . Is he able to proceed if he show 3 paystub.

Yes. Not sure how he is on an open work permit but not the issue. How long is his permit valid for?
