Well as you can see HK VO is much faster than LVO, since you got In Process only few days after Received. In LVO it took me 1.5 months from Received to AOR2 and then 2 more weeks to In Process. I would say in 1-2 months you get PPR.

If so, wow.
Yeah idk if HK asks for additional document request usually, but I think they don't.
LVO asks 95% of the time and that makes delay of MONTHS until applicant gathers documents, sends and they receive it then you are IN LINE again for reviewal.

If someone receives addidtional document request is this a sign of failure? I fear this. I gave everything I possibly could.

again it depends on the Visa Office tradition. Here at LVO, getting ADR is sign of SUCCESS hahahahaha. Other LVO's which don't normally issue ADR, its a sign of possible failure LOL.

At LVO if you get ANY update, it is a cause for CELEBRATION hahahaha...
After 3 years if you get REFUSAL, you CELEBRATE because torture is OVER...

I think IRCC has selection of Visa Officers psychological profile - all heartless and stone cold are assigned to LVO :D:D:D:D
For exampe a recent post on Facebook by a poor woman was something like this:

I sent LVO an email asking for compassion to hurry my husband application because I had miscarriage and almost died and I need my husband support.

LVO officer reply quote:
I am sorry for you miscarriage. You file is in queue with an immigration officer.
Due to Covid-19 bla bla bla too bad...
