I would advice against cheating.

Let's say if you did edit your backlog certificate, then they later asked for individual mark sheets which show backlogs anyway? Then what?

One lie leads to another.

Your admission will be immediately terminated, not sure but they might report you to IRCC which could get you banned from Canada for 5 years.

This guy got accepted with 19 backlogs, not sure if he got visa though.
