That's great to see the AOR in 90 days for the recent applicants. If AOR is generated means the application is submitted properly and will not be returned to the applicant. let me know my understanding is correct?

AOR is sent only once CPC finds that that have received relevant docs and appl form is ok. However, if they need any additional docs then they have full rights to ask at any time.

Hi Martin, thanks for the response. One more question did you apply in the morning or in the evening? I'm just trying to figure out why it won't accept some people's submissions. I feel they might be limiting the number of applicants somehow or there is an unannounced maintenance window

I will be submitting my application in two weeks so I hope I don't face any issues.

In the thread for online applications, some potential issues were discussed. You may want to check that thread.

If I remember correctly some of the suggestions are to keep file names shorter, not to use special characters, only use some specific file types, avoid overlap of duration in sections like address, job etc.

I faces similar problem and after further testing with different dates, it turned out that if you have multiple passports their validity period overlaps, you'll face this issue. In other words, if you have two passports with validity from A to B and other with validity B to C then you won't get this error.

In my case I had only one passport so it was not the case for me . and yes if there is gap between to passport then you will need to provide explanation .

My passports overlap and I didn't have this issue. Weird.

Hi energy! I have the same situation as yours. My two passports overlap but I can still validate and shows barcode. I already send it out yesterday but no explanation letter about it. Do u think it should be fine for me??

If you have passports that cover the period, then there is no need to explain anything. As always, make sure to follow the guide. Goid luck
