Similar timeline to mine. I haven't spoken to an IRCC agent though

Actually impossible to speak to anyone at IRRC on the phone! Called them 3x this morning and can’t get through...it’s a joke

You have to keep trying, at least need to delicate like half an hour just calling. Just remember 1 - 1 - 2 - 2 then key in your application number then 0 to get to an agent. Average: I'm able to connect with an agent after calling 5-6 times.
