Can packets be sent back after one gets AOR?

If one gets AOR(I have NOT got mine- Jan 2021 applicant), does it mean IRCC has all the required documents or they can still send back the packet for some reason? I know they can ask for more documents but do packets get sent back after one receives AOR?

I mean the entire application packet be send back after one recieves AOR or they just ask for missing docs? Lets say one does a minor mistake in one of the form and still recieves AOR. Can IRCC send the application back after AOR?

Once AOR is issued the package satisfied ircc requirements, any minor mistake is not a issue

Ok If you are referring to documents missing then they do request like for example you submitted a PR express entry and received AOR so if they require RCMP for Canada they would request it but if you made a mistake in your initial document then it is better to submit a webform to correct that as it could result in rejection or could cause misrepresentation and ban for 5 years.

Also not once something is submitted nothing is sent back for the application. So be careful what you are asking for.
