I was divorced over 15 yeard ago. I had to submit the divorce document from the court in my application. It asks very cleary if divorced must submit. I would imagine that would be regarding SA which I got.

No, unless you are common law. If you just wish to sponsor ex-spouse - that's not something government offers.
