Hello everyone,
I recently applied for Express Entry with CRS 435. My Primary NOC is 2175.

I was wondering what usually happens in these scenarios. Any chances for NOI by any province in Tech draw or will my account stay idle throughout the year with no chances.

Moreover, I was looking through some of the options to further boost my CRS and so far I have 3 options.

1) Re appear IELTS, but I am just short of 6 points with it, so the max out will be 441.
2) Start preparing french - Till now apart form my mother tongue, I have acquired the english language only. So, the chances are all the hard work and time spending in preparing french may go all in vain.
3) Get a Diploma and make a dual degree - But the problem here is I am a working professional, and It would be kind of step back if I quit my job, just for the sake of getting an admission.

I would like to get some suggestions by anyone or whoever is in the same boat and trying to increase CRS.
OR
I can just wait for the nomination but I dont know how difficult is it going to be in 2021 As none of the provinces has started their draws yet.

PS: I am not from canada and have no ties.

You will not get an ITA through EE. There is only one province for tech draws and that is Ontario. It is possible you may get an invite. What other provinces would you be eligible for?

For French, to gain extra points you must reach proficient intermediate not basic French. If you can immerse yourself in the language then go for it. But it will take a long time.

What is your education level because a second diploma or post-grad certificate will increase your points.

Do a combination of either 1) and 2) OR 1) and 3) above to boost your points.

The other one is alberta which conducts tech draw too.
And my education is Bachelor's (Mechanical Engineering)

How about only 1. Any chance of getting NOI by a province if I score 441. Obviously not in recent future, but anywhere around mid year.

I personally don't think so. Scores will remain high this year given CEC draws and high interest in Canadian immigration programs due to the pandemic,

I think you will need to do more than just increase your IELTS score.

Well that is true. I will see what can I do to increase the score. Meanwhile I can just hope for Alberta's nomination
Alberta is only nominating from those living and working in the province. When they resume “Outland” nominations has not been published.

Go to the provincial nomination section of the forum as there are several threads and discussion on the AIP. Recently people emailed the government and received this email.

Hello - apologies for the delayed reply. At this time, only individuals living and working in Alberta are being selected from the federal pool and nominated under the Alberta Express Entry Stream. The Government of Alberta continues to review the Alberta Immigration Nominee Program. Any updates to processes and criteria for this stream will be posted on the AINP website.
