Is it possible for a citizen to norminate a relative for pnp?

I just have a quick question to ask. I have an uncle who lives in alberta and he happened to have gotten his PR and citizenship. Would love to know if its possible for him to nominate me via a provincial nomination to the province of Alberta. Pls I need clarity on this asap! Thanks all

No, your Canadian family member cannot nominate you. That's not how PNP works.
