Should I raise webform to submit deferred fall 21 Letter of acceptance?

Hello everyone, recently I have deferred my admission from Winter 21 to Fall 21. I want to raise webform to update my LOA but I am confused. Does it affect on my processing time? Does IRCC hold visa if they know that I have deferred my admission to almost 8 months ahead?
Application: 26th Oct (SDS) from Pakistan.
Eligibility Started on 15th January 2021.
3 Ghost updates till now.

I think it's better to raise webform.
I too deferred from may 2021 Intake to September 2021 intake and raised a webform with new LOA.

You shouldn't worry about the processing time since there is a hell lot of time for sep intake..

Yes you should send the new LOA to IRCC if the deferal is more than 150 days. IRCC conduct Compliance Verification and your information should match with the information in University Records. If the information doesn't match then many time VO will ask upfront about the new LOA but it is better to send voluntarily

Thank you, I have sent my new LOA through webform. How do I know, that IRCC has received my new LOA, Do they send any acknowledgement email? Moreover, my DLI is in Quebec province, So, I have reapplied for CAQ. Do I have to send new CAQ as well?

Yes..please send your new CAQ the moment you get it, ideally for Quebec, need to send both together.

I explained a little, like when did I applied, how much I waited before requesting for deferral.
