Hi everyone. Here are my details, request admin to update the tracker. Thank you.

Application type: Family
Office: Scarborough
Application received : 29 Oct 2019
AoR: 16 Jan 2020
In process: 5 Feb 2020
Fingerprint request: 19 Feb 2020
Test invite: 13 Jan 2021 (window from 15 Jan to 4 Feb)
Test taken: 23 Jan 2021 (both me and my wife also took test on the same day).

I have a question: since there was a fingerprint request last year, which probably be expiring on 26 Feb 2021 (that's the date of fingerprints report IRCC received), do we have to do fingerprints again on anniversary?

Thanks

Thank you. I looked at the tracker last time under October 2019 tab, but did not see my name (adey786). Let me check it again and thank you.

Nice! I have a similar timeline but no oath invite yet!
Do you know how long it usually takes to get an oath invite after the test is done or DM?

Unfortunately, there is no specific timeframe. Recent test/oath invites are only a small sample set and we can't deduce a trend from it.

Wish you speedy processing, keep us updated if you see an update on your application.

congratulations. This is what I mean though My application was received by the respected team on Oct 2,2019 and still I have not received the test date.
My application received on oct 11 and still waiting for test

I was just about to come here and ask if anybody who had to submit fingerprints heard anything because I hadn't yet and wanted to make sure they have not been lost in the ether somewhere but sounds like they are moving.

Mine were requested Feb 12th and got confrimation from RCMP that they were mailed to Vancouver on the 24th Feb

Hi! Did you have an interview and if they asked you to submit any supporting documents like Health card summary, employment letter and rental agreement etc? or was it just straight to oath.

Congratulations! I'm really starting to feel like I'm being left in the dust...I would have rather still be waiting for my test because I know that's hit and miss...but waiting for that DM is hard when you see everyone passing by and receiving DM within 2 weeks. I did call IRCC and the guy gave me a big spiel on patience and covid and basically made me feel belittled.

Please don't worry about the agent words. You are within your rights to ask for an updated status. Have your contacted your local MP? Maybe you can try that and see if it helps. Good luck!

From what I've noticed, it really depends on the office that is processing your application.
I was concerned too when I saw that other applicants were receiving updates way faster than me.
However, they all had in common the processing office.
Maybe the Winnipeg office is taking longer to process applications? Have you compared your timeline to other applicants from Winnipeg?
That may give you a better idea of how long it is taking to process applications there.

I hope you get some updates soon! Good luck :)

I am trying not to...but I really feel the need to wrap this up because I'm really exhausted of processing of 2 different immigration streams. I will hit 16 months soon for citizenship..that's crazy. I haven't contacted my MP because I feel it is too soon..and at the end of the day they will only give her the same information they gave me - wait for an oath ceremony. Ok, fine...but please at least tell me that a decision has been made. :(

There's very few people from Winnipeg in the forums... I have connected with one who recently wrote and I will keep updated to where he's at... I mean if there's only 5 of us waiting for oath...just let us do it...we don't need to wait for 100... lol. Thank you :)
