Once you have a year of work experience in Canada and if you can get enough points, CEC is a good option through Express Entry.
 
I also have the same question. Do I need to have any educational background in culinary to submit my PR?
 
do i need to send the form title "Designate/Withdraw a Third-Party and/or Release Information" to CES along with the academic records and identity card?
