Can anyone recommend what is better to send application by mail or courier? And if courier which is good?

So, I called the call centre and they still do not have my filed assigned to anyone nor can they give me a temporary number... so it's probably sitting in a big pile somewhere getting buried by new applications. Essentially, the way she explained it is that it's still sitting in a mail room somewhere waiting to be picked up... *SIGGGGGHHHHHHHHH*
So, this makes no sense to me - how can two applications received on the same day and one has AOR and one is still sitting in a pile a month later? Seriously, I just imagine this huge room with a scrooge mcduck like pile that agents randomly pluck files out of.

lol. Ironic eh? Ive seen some people already get ppr and from this year while some waiting aor.
Same. We did, as well. I always suggest using priority mail, though.
