If I were you, I will go for the upfront medicals without any further delay. I am an outlander with March 11, 2020 AOR, did upfront medicals in November 2020, got DM and then PPR November 2020. As I speak, my status online is approved with the counterfoil stamped on my passport. Please DO NOT procrastinate again. Take that step of faith. Do the upfront medicals. It is most likely to move your application forwards. That's my simple advice to you.

I know two indian has done upfront but still the haven't got dm or copr, right now NDVO is not issuing PPR to any PNP applicants they are working on student visa ar the moment.

Upfront medical is useless for Outlanders except prioritised NOCs.

I am waiting for MR AOR 30 August 2019 MPNP outland.
But I did Upfront last month and its updated on my profile.

I am asking in favour of my friend his AOR(nbpnp) date feb 2020 PAL jul 2020 after that ADR after that no update......and my question is can i do upfront medical ...if so how to do that ( will i need any kind of MEDICAL REQUEST from ircc to do upfront medical? pls guide

If your frnd is inland then i reckon she/he should go for upfront.
