LESS WORKING HOURS due to covid, MPNP

I moved from ontario and I started working from september 2020 and till now i am getting less hours (around 20/week) due to covid 19. I want to apply for MPNP ASAP because i want to study after getting PR. I want to know will i be eligible for MPNP in September??? Please help me

Don’t know what pathway but for Skilled Workers in Manitoba, your job offer must be long-term and full-time. Usually part-time jobs are not eligible.

I am planning to apply via skilled workers stream. Is there any concession due to covid? I was hired as full time but they are not giving me hrs.
