Is it necessary to have a job offer for Alberta immigration nominee programme?

Do you live and work in Alberta? if not, you are only eligible through AINP Express Entry. Alberta is only processing applications from those who live and work in the province right now, have cut immigration by 30% and added many NOCs to their ineligible list. So put in a profile through EE.

No you don’t need to be but you will need to wait until they begin processing Outland applications. It will depend on your CRS score& NOC too.
