Experience required for cooks for PR

Hi,
I want to know for how many years of experience is required for cooks to apply for PR?
Agents told me one year is enough but when I searched online it says minimum two years is required.
If any one got PR as a cook, please help me.
I'm on PGWP.

One year is enough. But you must have enough points of course to be selected ahead of other applicants.

1 year is enough for CEC but u have to have enough point. 2 years is for Federal Skilled Traded program incase you can't get ITA for CEC or FSW
