SDS or General Study visa for Sept 2021 intake

With regards to Indian students. I heard that SDS is not going through. WOuld it be better to apply visa General student visa?
Those applying via general visa, are their paper work getting processed?

With regards to processing time, there is no difference in SDS and General processing at least here in India. I would suggest non SDS as the delays are huge and why would someone like to block whole year fees.
