Letter of introduction not recieved

I received my passport back after stamping on 1st jan 2021 but still the online account status is showing application under process, ans i haven't received my letter of introduction. I have booked my flight ticket for 28th of Jan. Not sure what to do in this situation.

Try filling webform and mail delhi immigration I got it within a week after mailing them.

Ohh sure. I may reschedule my flight then as it is on 10 feb and I recently got to know about this letter
