I think birth certificate is mandatory, IRCC will ask for it during processing.

We are also on the same boat as applying for my sister. Its really hard getting birth certificate from India these days especially when we are not in India.

We were also planning to use Xth Certificate, any comments?

I also used 10th certificate. My consultant said it is ok.

Is there anyone in the Forum who received AOR and for Birth Certificate they have used their Xth Certificate or Passport..

Just trying to get some idea if they are accepting that as a Birth Certificate proof..

Thanks

I have a different birth year in my birth certificate & other documents (passport, adhaar card, marksheet), now I am looking to immigrate to another country for this I need to show either birth certificate or NABC, what should I do in this situation?
