are you looking to decline an ITA,

I'm actually thinking of decline my ITA but i'm scared that I might not receive a future ITA, what do you think?

Let me know how it goes?
It depends on our crs. I got ITA 2 months ago but Im having problem with getting PCC and ref letter from a 3rd country that I used to stay. Im at 473 fsw but Im afraid that on 20th Jan I might need to use tie breaking rule if I decline this ITA
I know that you got the ITA a month before 1 year exp in Canada, u should decline this ITA because you didnt meet the MEC for CEC yet. I think CIC will conduct at least a few CEC PNP draws, either back to back or alternative, there is no point of drawing only 1 pnp cec then go back to normal, so dont worry, better be safe than sorry

Can you not just explain that PCC situation in an LoE? Why do you need to decline the ITA?

Guys, for some reason my progress bar disappeared this morning, does anybody know what that means...is anybody having similar problems?

Thanks for your input

Hey bro,

You should consider what @ZAtoCD stated here.

I think you should add a LOE, or probably call CIC to verify.

Goodluck!

Hi bro,

Will there be a general invitation round in the next few days?

Or did I miss the post or declaration saying that the invitation was halted like last year?

I have been watching the invitation round pattern in recent days and found that they sent the invitations every Wednesday, or only PNP and CEC invitations on Wednesday and Thursday. Last year the FSW general invitation was halted for 3 months then the score went sky high. Do we expect a similar situation here again this year?

Thanks in advance and please correct me if I was wrong.

Good luck!

Hello, yes the draws are usually on Wednesday - every other week/ every two weeks

No one is sure about IRCC's plan with the upcoming draws......

I was not in the pool till the end of 2020 thus have no idea how people on this forum react to and discuss the three-month halt of general invitation. I think there might be a declaration or (unofficial) reasonable explanation? It is torturing seeing a round of PNP and CEC deadlock without reasons.

People predict the score but again we are not IRCC.

I also think IRCC should have an official statement or declaration stating if there would be a general draw and for how long, or if there would be a PNP - CEC draw and for how long too? I don't think it's fair but oh well...….

IMO, "Unofficial" could be status quo in many big provinces related to COVID cases. Ontario has officially gone under another state of emergency just like that time in March 2020 and Quebec has implemented a "curfew". Flights are becoming less popular since enforcement of negative test. So IRCC might want a quick way to invite only "inland" candidates to focus on short-term economic recovery until everything's in order again.

We CECs are not asking or demanding for CEC exclusive draws, IRCC is doing whatever they want to do. We totally understand how express entry operated in the past and how it should be. You guys must be happy that immigration is still continuing despite COVID19; for sure there will be FSW draws in future. We are totally happy with FSW draws. You should be happy for us too, honestly you are not happy at all!

However, you can see who started saying crap about CECs above; the anger that you are seeing above is because we CECs are defending ourselves from the crap you are saying about us, that’s all.

Move on!

This is COVID time, IRCC knows what they are doing. At the end Canada will decides who they want to prioritize, they are not doing immigration based on a sympathy to a candidate who spent years of hard work to gain CRS scores.

You can take an example such as: if you are an employer who wants to promote one person among their team of 100s. What will you do? Will you think about your company’s benefit or individual employee’s benefit?. The answer is obvious that you will think about your company first and then choose who to promote, who will help to grow your company fast.

Conclusively, everyone must respect IRCC’s decisions.

I don't think you know how the pool works. There are no FSW draws. There are General Draws.

Why do you need to decline the ITA. I had shared the link with you on another thread about IRCC acknowledging how the system calculates work experience. Be sensible, IRCC folks are not out with daggers , looking for silly reasons to reject a profile.

Any rejection that happens, is always done on the basis of "balance of probabilities". You can read about this methodology on google.

Do not risk and reject your ITA and even if it is not a risk, be conscious and do not waste an ITA
