I have been asked to fill Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) by cic this morning, my question is i dint mention my US visitor visa rejection(2018) in my post AOR form, because i wasn't aware of mentioning such visitors visa rejection, but now i have been asked again to share my background info should i mention that my visitor visa was rejected in the new form generated by CIC?

Yes you should, I would also attach an LOE explaining why I missed this info as well.

Sir what should i mentioned in LOE that i came to know via various forums and cic website that visitor visa rejection have to been mentioned in PR application form. I mean, should I specify that i totally missed it , unknowingly
