Hi there,

My wife and I have almost 20 years as visitors in Canada. We are Parents of Canadian citizens ( daughter and Son).
My Daughter and son are married with Canadian Citizen too, both have kids, then we are Parents and Grandparents.
The lottery system haven't give us the chance to get the residence, then I come to this forum looking for some light.

In the last lottery my daughter and son applied independently, the problem is if immigrations consider this as duplicate
and delete both opportunities, or how this work(me didn't make it).

As we have almost 20 years here and our kids are citizens, Are there legal alternatives to apply for the residence?

I value your help a lot, thanks

No IRCC would not have deleted their entries. Each qualify as separate entries.

At the moment the PGP lottery is the only alternative for PR.

There is the supervisa program but it does not cover healthcare.

IRCC did not delete your daughter and son's applications. These weren't duplicates. They simply weren't selected. Only 5% of people who entered the lottery were selected.
