I am going to add part time details into my personal history. However below are the dates I am entering and they look overlap.
2014-06 to 2015-08 education activity
2014-08 to 2014-12 employment (part-time)
2014-01 to 2014-06 employment (full time co-op)
2013-08 to 2013-12 employment (part-time)
2013-01 to 2013-12 Education activity

Will this cause confusion? Thanks.

It does not matter off they over lap, all that matters is that you listed everything and there are no gaps.

Because my mba marksheets show date of examination as may 2014 and project submission date as 18/6/14. I am not claiming points for internship. Or they ll ask additional documents if they need? Or they reject the file without asking for additional details??

I have submitted the required docs and it shows that i have slightly more than the 13000 CAD required in my account. My question is that i am now free to use the funds as i like as long there is always atleast 13000 CAD present. Or can i even have lesser than that amount as long as i keep adding funds to make sure there is 13k as and when they ask me again at a later stage. Thanks.

According to my GCMs notes case analyst didn't consider my 1 year Canadian work experience out of 2 years which make my crs fall to 393 from 442. At time of submission my employer didn't not mentioned the issue date of experience letter but i sent it after 1 week of file submission . Officer mentioned in gcms "Letter undated however paystub T4 provided". I again sent it with explanation letter. Is any other thing i can do it. Thanks

An analysts' decision is not final, an officer will have to make a call on the eligibility. If you have sent the documents, just wait for an officer's decision.

For PoF, you have to meet the PoF requirement when you submit your application, as well as when you land in Canada after your application has been approved. Also, IRCC can ask you for a revised PoF during the processing of your application.

PoF, also requires that you meet the 6 months average balance. So make sure you do not go below the 13K threshold.

If there is any possibility to confusion, it is better to briefly list in the LoE.

If you are not claiming any points for the internship, you may not need a LoE if it is clearly listed in your personal history, even if it overlaps with your educations.

declining F1 OPT is no refusal, but you can mention this in LoE.

2. IRCC can ask for any document at any stage, which depends on your application and is at the discretion of the officer. However, making sure that your application is complete and that there are no gaps helps in avoiding any ADRs.

3. Sch A is background declaration and is a part of the application itself. If you miss something or if there are gaps, or additional info is required, you can be asked to submit a new Schedule A. If you want to submit it upfront, you can, but usually it is only required if asked by IRCC.

$. Travel details will be in your travel history and not personal.

Hi @legalfalcon sorry for coming back with same question. Regarding OPT visa. The decision from USCIS was "your application for employment authorization is denied since you filed your form on date 1 whereas the designated school updated a recommendation on later date"

Does this count as refusal for "Statutory Questions"
"Have you been refused refugee status or an immigrant or permanent resident Visa or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country".

Query Reg Ref letter

My last employer HR refused to issue Ref Letter.
But one of senior colleague in that last company agreed to issue me Ref letter on company letter head and will attach his employee card along with letter head.

Will this Ref letter by senior colleague on letter head be accepted by IRCC?
(means both refusal from HR and ref letter would be attached during document submission)

I require your help with my case.

I'm AOR 16th December 2019.

Actually my medicals expired in Dec 2020. So I decided to call up IRCC and was informed by an Agent that my medicals have been extended upto April 30th 2021.

However when the same wasn't reflected in my account, my Agent asked me to go for another upfront medical exam. I did that on 16th December 2020 & submitted the same by uploading e Medical information sheet but didn't get any response from IRCC.

However today I got a message in my account asking for a Remedical Request.

Now I am confused that if I should go for the medical again (For the 3rd Time)?

Or if the medicals which I did around 20 days back would be updated in the system.

My GCMS notes say Ready for Approval since 25th May 2020 and no action thereafter.

I would highly appreciate your help with this.

If you just got your medicals done on 16 December may not have been updated. Just send the upfront medical sheet for the exam done on December 16 and send it to IRCC in response to the remed request.

You do not need to get another medical done.
