It is impossible for you to migrate with your entire family of four people. If you are not willing to be separated, then you should forget about coming to Canada. Again, there is no way you can all migrate together. It's impossible.

It is not a visa. You can do it yourself all on the Express Entry - Federal Skilled Workers website? Are you even eligible with a minimum of 67 points (language, education, age, work experience). If so calculate your CRS score, you want over 468.

Only know Canadian fees. The list is attached and that doesn’t include language tests, education assessments, medical tests, biometrics, police certificates. Also you need to show proof of funds of over $16,000 CDN.

If you don‘t want to do this then use a licensed consultant. If they tell you that you can bring your brother-in-law and father-in-law then find another consultant.

Yes you each pay that. This is only the application fee not all the other fees I listed. Proof of funds for two people is over $16,000 Cdn.

No, these aren't the total costs. There will be additional costs. You will need to pay to get a medical and also pay for other processes such as the policy certificates and translations.

You must take IELTS general.

The only other test accepted is CELPIP however I think you'll find that this test is not available where you live.
