How did you submit your documents? Through arrima portal or you couriered?
Is your college in the list of caq suspension by the Quebec government?

Please check Quebec Immigration website, if your college is listed in one of the temporary suspension list of Quebec Institutions then your CAQ application is temporary suspended till March 31, 2021. Most probably, you have received same letter in your CAQ application portal, please check it there.

They have released those colleges 2 days back and started the issue CAQ .Anyone received the CAQ?
