Did you get the info? I got my Correspondence letter on December 8th and still no update on BOWP. Moreover, i tried calling IRCC and all of the time it was dropped due to high volume. Any suggestion on how to connect with IRCC?

Try calling at 3:30 PM, you'll get option to select "call back from them". It worked twice for me.

It says your biometric is valid for 10 more years. And nothing much.

Hello can anyone tell me which proof of employment we should attached to our bowp and sowp application.
My spouse who is the PA change his job after the application so he is doing the same job with different company.
So in this case should we add the employment letter from his current job or the one that we used for the pr application

There has been no movement in bowp in last 2 days. Not even they updated the processing time this Tuesday. Are they open and working? Or the office is closed. Does anyone have any update on their profile/application?
