The surname is irrelevant. There are a limited number of programs to sponsor relatives. The main ones are dependent children and spouses - does not apply to this case. The other is parents and grandparents - does not apply to you.
The only one remaining _as a relative_ is 'lonely Canadians' program. In simple terms if the relative who has been sponsoring has other living relatives in Canada or abroad - often does not apply, but specifics are needed. You will need to provide more information about the relative and the type of relationship (uncle, aunt, cousin, or further relative) for anyone to provide you useful information to help you. These programs are limited in application.
Otherwise the only way is through 'economic' (or regular) immigration programs that depend on education, work experience, etc. So in simple terms, the BEST way for your relative to sponsor you - IF you can't meet the very specific criteria of the other programs - is to help you get a first-rate education in a field that is considered important/useful in Canada and ensure you have work experience in a related field (also english and/or french).
