Hi,@legalfalcon ,
My COPR and PRV are expiring on 30th Jan 2021.

The place where I stay has gone into lockdown for two weeks(airport) and I feel that the lockdown may get extended due to the prevailing Covid Scenario.

Hence Should I raise a webform now stating that I may be unable to travel owing to to the present shut down of airport??

Waiting for your valuable suggestions...

  • There are no COVID-19 restrictions to prevent you from leaving your country.

  • Your plan is to stay in Canada permanently.
  • You are able to arrange and cover the costs to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival in Canada.

Please note that if new travel documents are issued to you, IRCC will send you a letter that will be valid for up to 60 days (but not exceeding your medical or passport validity), and it may not be possible for IRCC to issue you with another extension.

IRCC will endeavour to respond to you within four weeks.

Hello Everyone,

Did anyone else receive the above questionnaire from IRCC with medical extension?
It looks like a different version of 4pt email.

@thebluetung I am talking about this questionnaire. Did you receive this email with questionnaire?

Not sure if it is required if remeds are requested with IMME letter. Anyways there is no harm in raising a webform with medical sheet.

In the regret email which I received for remeds it was mentioned to provide the updated information using webform.
I asked my consultant. He told he can't find any option for uploading in profile so mostly hospital will send directly plus we will raise web form.

Got my re-meds done today as per IRCC instructions and notification in my GC profile.

However, under the "Current Status" in GC key its says "Your action is required" but no slot to upload the medical documents. Confused what to do here?

Fortis hospital in BLR told me they will send the results to IRCC directly in a few days.

Do I upload the medical info sheet using a webform?

@13nitinsharma @whyCorona any inputs highly appreciated!

You can upload the documents only to your GC Key when VO requests for it by raising a Document Request.

Please raise the webform with remeds sheet and everything will be automatically done for your application i.e. transition from "Your Action is required" ->"Submitted"->"Approved". It might take sometime but it is gonna happen for sure.

Hi everybody. 4pt email on 1 dec, reply on the 2nd. On the 15th dec they asked our copies of our new passports.
We sent them copies by email + at the Ambassy on the 16th.on our GC key it s written files required but we cannot update the files, the button is not working. On the 19th our profil got updated at approved.
And still no AL, so we are thinking they need us to upload the files. Any suggestions ? we tried several browsers, several phones, laptop...

Mostly I want it so that Recruiters in Canada can call me on a Canadian number, even if I am in my home country, if my profile is shortlisted that is.
Use Fongo. It has a 1 time download charge of 300 but after that it is free. It works very well. You can receive as well as make calls.

I thought if someone goes for a re-med and gets almost 1 year of validity then that guy does not need a AL. Can travel anytime before expiration of COPR.
Yeah even I was of the same opinion. In this case what is the use of AL if COPR validity is Nov 2021 ?

I have got both - a remedical request and an email from IRCC asking if I can travel within the next 60 days with a set of questionnaire to be answered within the next 10 days. This is confusing.

Even I am. May be someone here who went for re-med may help.
All the best.
