WES not recognising my Pakistani University

i wanted to ask a question?
i have a bachelors degree from University of Management and Technology, Lahore , Pakistan and i am applying for my ECA through WES and it reads the following message
"WES does not evaluate academic records from University of Management and Technology at this time. Do not include this credential in your application. if included, this will cause a delay in processing your evaluation report."
can anyone tell me if they are also getting this message and if they are how do i rectify it?

WES will not assess your degree from your university so you need to select another ECA.

im trying iqas and icas but their websites crash everytime and U of T eca tells me " please specify your Identification Card" when i upload a jpeg of my Pakistani Identification Card

IQAS has such a backlog that it almost impossible to apply.
