What is your NOC. Highly unlikely so focus on PR through express entry. most study & then work in these provinces

My NOC is 3211..I am medical laboratory technologist.. I completed my WES & IELTS.. My husband is an MBA holder.. Working as marketing manager in Kuwait.. I had an experience of 9 years as a medical laboratory technologist.

Without work authorization or a license, focus on express entry. Designated employers have to show that there are no Canadians available. You can try applying but may not here back.

no but you lose 5 points every year past age 30 so if you don't have a masters or bilingual, your score will not be high enough.

I don't know your profile so research each province and see if you are eligible. Are you eligible for Express Entry and if so, your score may determine a provincial nomination if going through EE. Some you apply by paper directly to the province.

I already sent so many resume's to Designated Employee (Halifax-NS) from job advertisement but no response. Is there any other way ( Like - Sent CV to every employee, JOB recruiting agency -Canada) ? It is difficult because Nova Scotia is revamping its program. You don’t have work authorization so employers will not even look at your resume when so many people are applying. Employers will only look outside of Canada if they can’t find someone & even then they don’t want to because of the paperwork. Also many are out of work. Your NOCs are in the accounting field so you have no knowledge of provincial or federal tax structures. NOC 1311 is a book keeper which can be done with secondary/high school education. How do you know they are “designated” employers?

I am guessing for Saskatchewan, you are using NOC 1311. FYI, you most likely will be refused if you have a masters in accounting because your education must match the NOC. You are NOC 1111 but it is ineligible in Saskatchewan.
