VFS Center India not responding for Passport Submission 2-Way Courier Service

My passport was delivered to VFS on 5th dec and to ircc on 7th Dec. Today I received sms and email notification that the decision envelope has veen dispatched from the IRCC office. But no updates yet on the GC portal

Hello - We received PPR from IRCC on 08th Dec and sent an email to PassportSubmission@vfshelpline.com on 09th Dec with all the required details for our minor dependent children- we have not heard back yet. Anyone else sent requests around the same date. What other options we have to follow up with VFS ? Please reply if any one is in similar situation

Follow up with them via email. Ensure that you reply to the same email thread without changing the subject. The Ticket# in the subject is important.

My brother has also got the request to submit his passport. He also availed for 2 way courier service. VFS said the address is not in the serviceable area so they wanted him to go to bluedart office or share relative address. He said he will go to the bluedart office and asked vfs to share the address. They shared Bluedart Vizag, Andra Pradesh address , whereas he is in Bangalore.
When he requested for Bangalore,Karnataka address they said only Bluedart Vizag is being serviced.

Did anyone face this time of situation? Is there an alternate solution for this problem?

I tried to follow up daily with them for 5 days -- Nov5th to 10th.. No response. I stopped mailing them. I got response on 13th.

However, I requested for 3 passports to pickup, got 1 pickup. Others to be picked up.

They stopped 'calling' facility to avoid direct questions and instant responses which is increasing work load I believe. Just have patience after sending details.

@anyone got passport back ? how much time it took ?

For me, they picked one after 14 days of patience (tested to the core). Next day 3 updates, sent to IRCC.

Later on, no updates. Please share your experience in "waiting"

May I know from which the passport was picked up? Since I am having trouble getting VFS to pick it up from Bangalore.
