Education gap due employment

Hi guys,
I graduated on 2010 and since then till now I am working. I got the LOA from Quebec and just now applied for the CAQ.
document required was ,passport, Loa and to sign the declaration form. In addition I attached the receipt of 116$ for the payment for CAQ application.
Hope all good above.

Now my question is once I got my CAQ I need to apply for the study permit. Do I need to submit my work experience letters , pay slips....etc which could show the proof of employment for that gap?

Yes, for a strong application you should mention your work-ex in your SoP and then back it up with necessary documentation. It is not mandatory, but really important since you need to justify your 10yrs study gap.

For proof of work experience, I've latest pay slips, offer letter, bonafide letter and relieving letter. Apart from this, whether it is necessary to submit my ITR, Form-16 ?

No. These documents would suffice. I used my joining letter, payslips and ITRs.

I am giving a thought about submitting my ITR, but it has a spelling mistake in my surname and total income in ITR varies "greatly" with my package mentioned in offer letter as I have claimed for 80C and HRA. So, It doesn't include any deductions also.

So, wondering whether I need to submit that with these complexities. Is it worth to submit it even I have other relevant documents from employer and form-16.

Please let me know your comments on this.

It is not that simple as it may appear. You need to take advice from someone who has similar age group, work exp, family background and other factors. You need to make your case to the VO on several grounds. Payslips, ITR etc are one thing but there are other several variables like dependents left back in home country, who will feed them when you go for studies ... if you have any home loan, car loan pending ... program you are going to attend and its relevance with past studies and work exp ... your IELTS score need to match your 10yr work exp, it can't be 6band etc ... don't get ruined by ill advice from someone whose profile doesn't match your case. He asked only about the work-ex. Obviously, there are a plethora of other aspects to build a strong application. Don't understand on what grounds was that an "ill" advice.
