For my case, I didn't receive any AOR email but I can find my application status on ECAS and link my account. I talked with an agent and turned out that due to technical reasons, they may have sent AOR to my previous representative's email account which was used to apply for my study permit.

I cannot able to check my application status on ECAS it is saying u r information is not found

For upfront medical doctor will ask UCI or Application number which one you will get with AOR.

So question is how could you do upfront without it ???

Yes. I mean I will get AOR in end of January or start of February. I have UCI number already with me and for my wife too. How doctor will submit our medical results without having my AOR number? Thanks

Yes you can get Bowp with help of AOR. When you get Bowp your wife will get open work permit based on your job . Don’t worry you have lot of time . Just apply when you are closed to expiration of your wp.

No you don’t need medical for BOWP . Also don’t rush for medical before AOR . As I already told you it’s only good for one year and then you have to redo it which is another $350 .

I am very near to get AOR so I decided I will do it and then I will keep those e-medical sheets given by doctor untill I get AOR. As soon as I get AOR, I can submit through webform and can update the address. Due to crazy winter here and living in small town, the big cities are far away from my place and It's hard to drive in super duper snow. That's why I decided to do it.

Sure you can do that. Also i wana let you know cic is extending medicals if they expire within application process. So
Yes you can do that and submit with AOR. These representatives are never in favour of upfront medical because it increases their work lol.
