Suppose I used my degree to apply and get a post graduate work permit and after receiving the work permit, for some reasons, the degree got recalled, will I lose my three year work permit because of it?

That's a very unique situation.

I don't know if the university notifies IRCC in these situations. If so, it's possible your PGWP would be revoked.
