My sister has a PR of Canada.

I am a Indian Citizen.

In study permit application, if I show my sister as my sponsor for finances, will it impact negatively my application in a way that visa officer may feel that I may not go back to India post studies?

I'm a PR and I included myself as a sponsor in my sister's student permit application. She got her visa stamped last week. For proof of funds I attached the following:
Full year tuition payment receipt
$10K bank draft in her name
My payslips

She's 18 and a fresh HS graduate still living with our parents in UAE so that was considered enough as home ties I guess.
