I came to India for my wedding in November 2020 and still here in India until January 2021 end. Can i still send the Spousal sponsorship outland file for my husband ? I have some medical reason to stay here for a long all these 3 months.

It's not a good idea. You should file from Canada and be here until at least the SA arrives to negate the issues that might arise.

Hi,

When we got the sponsorship approval letter, it was indicated that our application will be moved to Manila Visa Office, but when my partner called IRCC today, they said that our application is in Beijing Visa Office. Has anyone experienced the same thing? could this be a mistake on IRCC's part? my ECAS shows "application received" but I haven't got any emails yet.

did you received an email that your application was move to beijing? because its impossible that its in beijing while your partner is in the philippines unless your partner was leaving in beijing when your application submitted. call the manila immigration or email them.

did you received an email that your application was move to beijing? because its impossible that its in beijing while your partner is in the philippines unless your partner was leaving in beijing when your application submitted. call the manila immigration or email them.

I haven't received any emails or AOR2 yet, but that's what IRCC said when my partner called them. My partner is in Canada, I am the PA and in the Philippines. The post before mine was also moved to Beijing and I think PA was from Turkey. I already sent an email to Beijing VO but haven't got any reply yet. I'll contact Manila VO on monday as well. Thank you.
