Ya I got AIP and started classes as well and my 1st sem is almost over

Seems like a case where your desired program doesn't match your qualifications. You gotta explain your reasons properly in SOP. Can you share what program and University you were applying. And your background? Like how many years of experience you have in what field etc?

Bachelors of dental surgery graduated in 2017, worked for 2 years applied for healthcare and service management program in Conestoga for may 2020, deferred to September.. applied for visa March 18 , got AIP September 10 started online classes and refusal December 10th

I feel really sorry for you brother, dont lose hope, make sure to re-apply again... there are so many people who have received visa after 4 refusals.. so better you dont lose hope and concentrate on your SOP...

Your program seems like a college bachelor's certificate and you've already done your bachelor's here. Officer wasn't convinced that you are enhancing your skills in any way. You should atleast try for a post graduate diploma or a master's.

However if you really feel this program is what you want to do then try again with a good SOP. You never know.

Honestly, having a bachelors in dental surgery and taking a healthcare service management program makes no career sense. How will it help your career? You should have applied for Masters in Public Health/Management. Are you a licensed dentist, if so then you could be looking at a masters in dental surgery. Admissions to the program is probably a two or three year diploma.
