Hello
I currently have a CRS of around 471 depending on what my ECA would be, which is basically months on processing, and i dont expect this sooner either. Iv been working on this score for almost 2 years.
So, now i dont want to waste more time and I just need to move to Canada- many personal reasons- and I don't have the patience to wait for the CRS to drop. So I am opting for a study visa- to have my masters completed... but then my agent says I should not create an Express Entry profile as this would create dual intent interest, and wait for study visa approval... which would also mean i MAY miss out if the score drops...

What do you think? Do you think it would be wise to go for study, or wiser to be patient until I receive my ECA, then ITA and the long process.
Kindly reply if you can.... I just feel lost and depressed :(

Dual intent is allowed by Canada so I don't see why you shouldn't try for both. Also, having an Express Entry Profile in the pool is not considered applying for Canada. It is just an expression of interest. Your agent should know this already.
