I would recommend that you start by researching the Express Entry system. This is a points-based system where those with the most points based on their level of education, skilled work experience, age and other factors are selected for PR. You'll want to achieve a score of around 470 to be selected. You'll also need to demonstrate that you have sufficient funds saved to cover the costs of settling your family in Canada. This is something you need to cover yourself. There is no sponsorship available.
