Gap in job experience

Can anyone help me in this situation..

I am having CRS 460, 31 years, single applicant, doctorate and having 2 years and 3 month of experience in India, without gap and currently working and I have primary NOC of current job i.e. NOC 2121.
I have another experience of 9 months in 2016 with another NOC i.e. 4021.
My query is whether that previous experience of 9 months (back in 2016) can be included in current cic profile to avail 3 years or first job experience should be of 1 complete year and could not be included in my profile?
Is my previous job experience worthy for increasing my CRS to 485 or not?

Yes you can count it as long as you have an employment letter.

Yes you can count it as long as you have an employment letter.

Yes I have experience certificate mentioning 9 months. I can make up jobs and duties certificate as well from my previous employer.

So according to you, the very first job need not be complete 1 year , to be eligible in express entry, because one has another job, which is continuous for more than 2 years.
