Flight manifest or border crossing records if you leave via the US, they cross check those.

It sounds like you're thinking about lying in your application. That's a really bad idea.

You've already violated the conditions of your visa by overstaying by almost a year. Think about how much worse that will look if you then lie about that in an application.

You've already made a series of really bad decisions. Don't make yet another one and end up with a 5 year ban.
