@legalfalcon

Hope you are doing good!

Asking for my friend.

I may be dumb to ask this question. There is no see statutory questions for dependent accompanying child specifically such as visit / study visa denial. Does it really matter for IRCC If there is a previous visit or study visa discrepancy for a child ( 8 yrs old)? Because I see, IRCC is stringent about the adult's statutory verifications (PA and secondary applicant)..

Let me know your thoughts!

kind regards

I did not understand your questions. Do you not see any statutory questions or are you asking that they are not important for a minor.

Sorry about that, In eAPR, there were no statutory questions for dependent child (8 yrs old) and what if there were any previous visa discrepancies / refusal for dependent child. Is it important to mention? because the statutory questions were only asked only for adults.

fyi: there were NO previous visa refusal for adults.

For a dependent child, who is 8 years old, criminality is not done so security questions pertaining to criminality an statutory declarations are not asked.

Thanks for your response. Yes, that is refers to the criminality. What if a dependent child previous visa was rejected due to missing document? there were no statutory questions for the dependent child in the eAPR.

You can mention that in LoE, but it would not be a concerns as parents file documents on behalf of a minor, so a minor cannot beheld liable for the acts done by someone else.

Legal falcon sir, an unrelated question: my PR application is in progress with AOR 23RD June. Eligibility recommended passed, Meds passed, Background check in progress. In the meanwhile, my company did file for my wp extension which was approved. Question: does closed WP extension approval have any bearing on my PR application progress? I mean..any positives or negative implications to be drawn towards my PR application progress?

Nothing at all. Any TRV has no impact on an existing PR App.
