I believe you should be able to pay from your account.
When I applied for PR in March 2019, I included my spouse and paid for my spouse and kid and myself together from my own account. So I would think it should still work.
I did the same

Hi
Can anyone tell me about the overseas dependents forms that, in IMM0008 (Generic application form)
1* Program Under which you are applying.........?
2* category........?
And they only have space for details of 1 dependent. I have 3 kids. So how can i write the details of my other kids. Should i be attaching 2 more IMM 0008 forms? Or any other forms?
Will really be thankful if anybody can help here. Thanks

If the application has crossed 2-3 months post Review of Eligibility, then the likelihood of it being in security screening is very high. Most security checks are done within 1 month though it can take longer, up to 1 to 2 years, if its in enhanced screening. If it has been more than 2 months since Eligibility Review was “Passed” and security has not yet concluded, then the application may be in enhanced screening.

After I reviewed the link above I don’t blame any late from IRCC , it’s Complicated steps and needs long time
Thanks for the clarification
