It has been 6 days and I haven't got any reply from VFS India

On 4th Nov, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has sent me a passport request letter.
On 7th Nov, I have received a mail instruction to contact Passport Submission vfs helpline.
On 13th Nov, I wrote mail to Passport Submission vfs helpline and haven't received any reply from their end for the Passport Submission 2-Way Courier Service.

VFS contact Number for the Passport Submission 2-Way Courier Service is also not working.

Anyone in the same situation?

You still waiting for reply from VFS OR you submitted your passport?

Same experience. I received PPR on 21st November. Immediately got a request for details and mailed it on same day. No payment link sent and no mail sent. Its only 3 days but I am guessing response is slow. Will wait till tomorrow.

Same. I don't have the instruction letter but have the ppr. I sent the first mail on 13 Nov. Received it's reply on 18 Nov where they said to share more details (they asked to share 10 details). Sent those details on 18 Nov no response on them yet. Although I noticed that when I sent the details the auto-reply I got from the VFS included the word [EXTERNAL] in front of the subject of the mail I sent, which I didn't get when I sent one mail on 13 Nov.
Also sent one mail today and didn't receive the word "[EXTERNAL]" before the subject I wrote in the auto reply email from vfs. Maybe this mail they'll read Look at this email

I think all replies have the word external. The first auto reply was only acknowledgement. The second mail came within 10 mins asking for more details and signed by their rep with his name. Post that nothing.

20 days is a long time. IRCC has a 30 day deadline for passport submission after PPR mail. So how does one address that ?

@Diaselvis No, they are not replying after I submitted the details. And also need to understand from you in details asked, did they ask you for 'place of biomterics enrolled', I am not sure how it was relevant here when I have been asked for passport stamping by IRCC and not for biomterics.

Exactly same situation. Biometrics not enrolled. In that place I put Not Applicable as IRCC has mot asked for Biometrics. Even if you use the biometrics tool checker with your uci number it says not applicable. VFS is not concerned with biometrics enrollment. They only have to organise for the courier to and fro. Its the discretion of the visa officer to wave off biometrics requirements. They can even do it at the port of entry as read by me in some posts. Even my online application status portal says we do not need your biometrics. I also understood that if your application is prior to November 2018, IRCC is waving off biometrics.
