I have emailed the visa office and am waiting for response. I didn't specifically ask for electronic copy but would be great if that's an option. I have a photo of the COPR which was taken in Turkey before the package was mailed to Iran but I'm not sure if that helps. Any thoughts?

As for timeline, it was a bit unusual. The dates on the tracker as accurate though. After submitting medical, they requested PCC and additional documents but while those were still in the mail (based on postal tracking) they also asked for the passport which we couldn't send due to COVID and then the VAC was closed and we were only able to send the passport end of July. The Decision Made was not updated until the visa was issued and passport was on it's way back. Hope this clarifies.

if you have a picture of the COPR, i would call canadian border services (or even better if you email them to have it in writing) and ask.
if the picture is legible, just print it.

Once you receive COPR, you can apply for health insurance

Even I got PPR RIGHT NOW from NDVO. Do you have to send ppt to CPC Ottawa or vfs Delhi?????

My mom has finally got her landing visa, but unfortunately the COPR letter has been lost (most probably when they opened the package at the customs in Iran - it was mailed). I know you can request a copy of the COPR from Service Canada after landing but I have no idea what to do now that she hasn't landed yet. I would appreciate any help. Could anyone advise what we should do?

Can someone please guide me what is BIL no for booking biometric. I have tried UCI, Passport number, IRCC no. all came as invalid. Application number is same for both parents so coming as duplicate. Trying to book appt at Jalandhar office. @robertp

Where was your case processed, IN Canada or outside. Whats your medical date?

It was processed in Beirut but received COPR from an inland visa office because my parents are in Canada on a super visa. Medical exam was done on Sept 22, 2020.

Pre arrival are not related to health insurance.
Parents are not eligible for health insurance before receiving COPR and becoming permanent residents

June 7 2019. My mom did her pcc, biometrics and medical by jan 2020 first week.nothing since then.they got all additional docs too. Not sure what's happening. I can see in ecas as application in process for applicant, sponsor application was approved. I can't link into mycic so am stuck

I did submit a web form with my father's info (application no, name, email, mobile, DOB) and also sent an email to VFS Delhi regarding my mother's (dependent) biometric. They have confirmed my Dad's appointment and provided me a fixed day & date. They also asked about my mother's general info(info that they ask on a web form) via email. I am hoping to hear back from them regarding my mom's appointment. Fingers crossed.
