Congrats Arun on that milestone, I have query for you.
Once you submitted your medical receipts, what status updates you saw in you cic account/email updates ? As I have submitted my medical receipts via webform over a week before , no email/ no cic account update , So I wanted to know did you notice any updates once you done with medicals ? Thank you.

Hey! After 7 days I got an email saying there is an update in my profile. Mine and my wife's previous medicals, biometrics and counter foil details vanished and the status went back to background check and final decision in progress.
Hope that helps. Good luck.

Hi. Our COPR expired on June 25th and we had raised 4 ready to travel webforms since then. The 6 months grace period after expiry of our medicals is in Jan. I got through to an IRCC agent on the phone and asked him specifically if it would help if my partner and I proactively re-did our medicals again- he said "Absolutely not. Do not do anything until we tell you to do so. You just need to wait." He also said that they had received our webforms and that it had been tagged to our application and everything looked good with it- he said it's now at the discretion of the officer who is assigned to us and said that it is impossible to give us any timelines. So the waiting game continues.

TBH, doing remeds without the intimation from IRCC will not make the application pop in front of review officer.

Hello guys,

I am a case of spousal sponsorship and could not travel due to COVID. My COPR expired on 14th Jul 2020. Now, I am in a position to travel. I plan to travel as soon as I am allowed to. I need guidance regarding the same.

1. Can someone please guide me on the best way to raise the form. What option to chose in "Type of application/enquiry" section and what details to provide in the "Your enquiry" section. Should I attach any docs?

2. Also, many congratulations to the people here who have already got their remedicals, ALs, etc. What has been the typical timeline?

3. What is the "4 point email" and "ghost counterfoil"? What are the 4 points in the 4 point email?

4. Note that my husband who sponsored me is unable to login to CIC as it says his "username is revoked". Is this a cause for concern as some people said they got updated on their online account?

Apologies if some of these questions have already been addressed as I could not go through the entire 750+ pages of this forum.

Many thanks in advance,

Dr Sana
