Yes i am 28 and i did attach a letter of Explanation.

I mean it's for school. Order your GCM notes for the real reason though.

I see alot of persons use GetGCM or GCMOnline. If you know someone in Canada they can order it for you too

I applied November 3
Did biometrics November 9
Receive denial and biometrics validity letter November 13
