The COPR was sent in email and also at the bottom of the page of mycic account. Yes I have to send a photo back to them for the PR card. If you're worried, please try to call IRCC.

@Here guys, VFS has started biometric service in India. Appointment can be booked online via web form. Has anyone tried booking the appointment. I tied and its asking for BIL No. This is suppose to be the application number but in my case its same application number for my mother and father. When I enter same BIL number its shows duplicate BIL not allowed. Any suggestions on this?
If you are sponsoring your dad and mom and you do not have a co-sponsor, the family members are 3. If you have a co-signer, then it’s 4. Don’t add any of your kids in. Hope this helps.
Yes! As strange as it sounds. Also passport request was before additional documents were even sent, but I can't complain! lol
@serious_cheese Any idea regarding the lost COPR? Can they email it to me?
I have emailed the visa office and am waiting for response. I didn't specifically ask for electronic copy but would be great if that's an option. I have a photo of the COPR which was taken in Turkey before the package was mailed to Iran but I'm not sure if that helps. Any thoughts?
As for timeline, it was a bit unusual. The dates on the tracker as accurate though. After submitting medical, they requested PCC and additional documents but while those were still in the mail (based on postal tracking) they also asked for the passport which we couldn't send due to COVID and then the VAC was closed and we were only able to send the passport end of July. The Decision Made was not updated until the visa was issued and passport was on it's way back. Hope this clarifies.
Question for the experienced and the experts 
We are USA-resident parents of our sponsor (daughter) who is in Toronto. We passed the medicals, completed biometrics, and got the police certificates in February 2020, and also sent in February the other requested docs (CVs, travel info, pp copies). After that, no communication from CPC-M. Our medicals will presumably expire in 3 months.
We are thinking of driving to Toronto to visit our daughter/son-in-law and grand-kids in about 3 weeks from now, especially if it might expedite our application. Of course we will quarantine there for 2 weeks.
Would it work if our daughter contacts IRCC or CPC-M now to tell them about our plan so that they might begin to process the final (?) stage of our application? Then we can finish our landing while we are there. What are the chances this can work out for us? We can stay in Toronto for up to 4-5 weeks for this trip.

Good for you! I am not sure about the lost COPR, you can submit a webform and see if they respond to you.
your daughter can update your address once you are here but it wont expedite anything for your daughter to let them know of the plan in advance. I tried and it didn't move anything along. Do you also have a valid visa to visit Canada?Question for the experienced and the experts

i changed the mailing address online but couldnt find where to notify them of change of address for my mom.
Tried calling them today on 1888-242-2100 few times and they dont even transfer call to an agent. Any email address i can update the file information on?
